Ingredients
  

  • 1 Shot Espresso (30 ml)
  • 2 tbsp White Chocolate Chips
  • ¾ Cup Milk (whole, oat, or almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • White chocolate shavings or drizzle (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Brew coffee: Prepare one shot of espresso or half a cup of strong brewed coffee.
    Melt the white chocolate:In your mug, add white chocolate chips or sauce. Pour a small amount of hot espresso over them and stir until melted and smooth.
    Heat the milk:In a saucepan, gently warm the milk over medium heat until steaming (do not boil). Froth the milk with a frother or whisk for a creamy texture.
    Combine: Pour the remaining coffee into the mug with the melted chocolate mixture, stir well, then slowly add the steamed milk while stirring continuously.
    Finish: Top with whipped cream and garnish with white chocolate shavings or a drizzle of white chocolate sauce.

  • For an iced white mocha, use cold milk and pour the mixture over ice.
