Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Milk (whole, skim, or plant-based)
  • ½ Cup Heavy cream
  • 1-2 tvsp Sugar (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup Fresh strawberries (or frozen)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Strawberry puree or syrup (for drizzling)
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Strawberry PureeIn a blender, combine the fresh or frozen strawberries with a tablespoon of sugar (if using) and a small splash of water. Blend until smooth. This will be your strawberry puree. Set aside.
  2. Blend the FrappeIn the blender, add the milk, heavy cream, ice, vanilla extract, and remaining sugar (if needed). Add a few tablespoons of the strawberry puree into the blender for flavor. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy, ensuring the ice is well-blended and the mixture is thick.
  3. Top and GarnishGenerously top with whipped cream. Drizzle extra strawberry puree or syrup over the whipped cream for extra flavor and decoration. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices for a colorful touch.
  4. Serve the FrappePour the strawberry cream frappe into a tall glass, leaving some space at the top for whipped cream.
