Ingredients
  

  • 1 Shot Espresso
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Suger (or to taste)
  • ¾ Cup Milk (whole, oat, soy, or almond)
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup (optional, for richer flavor)
  • Whipped Cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Brew coffee: Prepare one shot of espresso or half a cup of strong brewed coffee.
    Make chocolate mix: In your mug, add cocoa powder and sugar. Pour in a small splash of the hot coffee and whisk until smooth.
    Heat the milk: Warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming (avoid boiling). Froth it using a frother or whisk for a creamy texture.
    Combine: Pour the rest of the coffee into the chocolate mixture, stir well, then slowly add the steamed milk while stirring continuously.
    Finish: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
    Serve: Enjoy your warm, chocolatey mocha immediately!

Notes

  • For an iced mocha, cool the coffee and mix it with cocoa and sugar, then pour over ice with cold milk.
  • Adjust sweetness and chocolate intensity to your taste.
  • Use plant-based milk for a vegan version.
  • Add a hint of vanilla or cinnamon for extra flavor depth.
