Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Chilled Milk
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • Extra chocolate syrup for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Pour chilled milk into the blender.
  2. Add ice cubes to create a thick base.
  3. Add cocoa powder and chocolate syrup for strong chocolate flavour.
  4. Add sugar to balance bitterness and improve sweetness.
  5. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream for creaminess and smooth texture.
  6. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until the mixture turns thick and uniform.
  7. Pour the frappe into a tall glass.
  8. Add whipped cream on top for extra richness.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the cream to improve taste and appearance.

Notes

  • Use full cream milk to get a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Add more ice if you want a thicker consistency.
  •  Add more milk if you want a lighter drink.
  • Use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla for stronger flavour.
  • Replace sugar with honey or skip it if you prefer less sweetness.
