Ingredients

  • 1 Cup cold Milk
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Caramel Sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Extra caramel sauce
  • Sugar

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Tall glass or serving cup
  • Spoon or Straw
  • Knife (optional)
  • Whisk (optional)
  • Whipped cream dispenser or piping bag

Method

  1. Prepare the coffee:
If using brewed coffee, make sure it’s completely cooled before blending. Hot coffee can melt the ice and make the drink watery.
If using instant coffee, dissolve it in 2 tablespoons of warm water to avoid clumps.
    Add ingredients to blender:
Pour in the milk, add ice cubes, prepared coffee, caramel sauce, and sugar.
    Blend:
Blend on high speed for about 30–45 seconds, or until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and frothy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. You can add a bit more caramel or sugar and blend again briefly.
    Serve:
Pour the frappe into a tall glass.
    Top generously with whipped cream.
Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top for decoration and added flavor.
    Enjoy:
Serve immediately with a straw or spoon while it’s cold and frothy!

Notes

  • Flavor variations: You can add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract for a warmer, richer taste.
  • Texture tip: For a thicker, creamier texture, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream before blending.
  • Healthier version: Use low-fat milk and skip the whipped cream or caramel drizzle.
  • Dairy-free option: Substitute with oat milk or almond milk, and use dairy-free caramel sauce.
  • Presentation idea: Before pouring the frappe, drizzle caramel sauce inside the glass in a swirl pattern—it looks amazing!
