Method
- Prepare the coffee:If using brewed coffee, make sure it’s completely cooled before blending. Hot coffee can melt the ice and make the drink watery. If using instant coffee, dissolve it in 2 tablespoons of warm water to avoid clumps.Add ingredients to blender:Pour in the milk, add ice cubes, prepared coffee, caramel sauce, and sugar.Blend:Blend on high speed for about 30–45 seconds, or until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and frothy.Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. You can add a bit more caramel or sugar and blend again briefly.Serve:Pour the frappe into a tall glass.Top generously with whipped cream.Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top for decoration and added flavor.Enjoy:Serve immediately with a straw or spoon while it’s cold and frothy!
Notes
- Flavor variations: You can add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract for a warmer, richer taste.
- Texture tip: For a thicker, creamier texture, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream before blending.
- Healthier version: Use low-fat milk and skip the whipped cream or caramel drizzle.
- Dairy-free option: Substitute with oat milk or almond milk, and use dairy-free caramel sauce.
- Presentation idea: Before pouring the frappe, drizzle caramel sauce inside the glass in a swirl pattern—it looks amazing!
